I thought I’d take this opportunity to say how grateful I am to all of you that have helped.

You all did a fantastic job. No need to go anywhere else for future moves. Seriously, I am really impressed with the way things went and I really enjoyed the sense of humour and patient purpose all the way through. As I remove each object I can appreciate a little how you pack, and I can see there is a real skill involved, especially considering the speed of the move. I shall be recommending anyone that I know who moves, to move with you.

I’ll complete the survey when I am finished, but I just wanted to express my appreciation to you all. In terms of service improvement, I have little to offer. It’s rare that I see a 10, but you folks are it.

I just wanted to write to say thank you so much for all your help in getting my stuff over to Sweden. The service has been nothing short of exemplary and the guys who brought the truck over here were absolutely fantastic.

I served in the Army for 30 years and during that time I must have moved home over 10 times, I can safely say that the service provided by Schepens was the most professional we have ever had from the point of estimating to delivery.

The gentleman who attended the property to carry out the survey was highly professional, he did not rush us and gave sound advice in regard to what we need to pack and the best way to do it. I cannot give enough praise to this gentleman he is truly a asset to the company.

The removers when they arrived, we’re smart, respectful and very professional again they could not do enough to provide support during the loading. Again these gents are a total asset to your company and should be commended for there professionalism.

Unfortunately I was not around from the offloading in Colchester, but my wife commented again how professional and respectful they were as we all know how difficult and stressful moving can be.

Can you please pass on my deepest thanks to everybody concerned with our move, and totally professional company from start to finish , I will certainly be recommending Schepens to anybody who asks if I can recommend and removal companies.

To a man they were hard working, tidy and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The fact that we did not suffer a single breakage (not even a crack to the 50 or so large stem glasses!) is testament to their diligence in packing carefully and safely.
