Can you pack for us?
Yes. We can turn up with all relevant materials on the day of your move. This will ensure all your items are packed and wrapped with the utmost care and effieciency.
Can I have a few cartons prior to my move, for personal effects?
Yes. This is common. You can buy them from us online – You can either collect from our depot or we can courier them to you. The courier service does carry an additional charge depending on how many cartons you require.
What happens if my move falls through at the last minute?
All quotations we submit include the option of taking out cancellation cover. This essentially means that if your move falls through then you will only be liable for the cancellation surcharge and not the entire cost of the move!
What happens if my purchase falls through but still need to vacate my property? Can I move into storage?
Yes. This is common a scenario in the removals marketplace. We have a team of specially trained managers who are on hand early in the morning until early evening to help you adjust your removal schedule.
What is the removal process?

The Removal Process:

There are many variables to consider when moving home, like destination, partload/full house move, packing/no packing. We tailor each move according to your requirements. This heading outlines the most typical scenario.

Stage 1
Contact us and arrange for a free no obligatory quotation. This is typically done 4-5 weeks prior to your moving date. This enables us to discuss you requirements and, on completion of a detailed survey of the contents of your property, a price can be given at the point of call.

Stage 2
Quotation acceptance. This is typically returned two/three weeks prior to your removal date. By completing our acceptance form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. In doing this it is important to realise you are entering in to a contract that binds you to us and vice versa.

Stage 3
Our uniformed staff will turn up on your pre booked removal date. If you have requested a full packing or part packing service then all materials will be brought on the day of your move. If you have chosen to pre-pack yourself, our crews always make provision to carry a few additional cartons and bubble packs for large pictures and mirrors. All items of furniture will be blanket wrapped on the vehicle and stacked accordingly to ensure safe transit.

Stage 4 – Delivery
At the time of delivery, our crew will decant the contents of the vehicle safely into your new property. Carpet runners and banister covers will be placed accordingly to prevent any damage. All bubble wrap and debris will be removed and recycled where possible. All cartons can be unpacked at your own leisure and collected at a later date.
