Move from Uk to Australia

Full house contents removal from the UK to Australia (Dec 2011).
I have nothing but praise for the job done by Schepens from the quotation stage right through to the contaniner being shipped (it has not yet reached Australia so cannot comment on the job done by the partner company this end).  They price matched my best quote so obviously I'm very happy on the cost front but I still received an excellant service.  The staff have been reliable, timely and helpful and the actual removal day was smooth and quick.  I have been particularly impressed by the communication from the office staff, I have recieved confirmation emails for all telephone correspondence e.g. survey time, payment etc.  I have also received confirmation of receipt of documents sent by post and of emails I have sent - this prevented the usual senario of finding out at the last minute that something hasn't actually been received!  Basically, they did the job properly, were professional and have good customer service which, when you are doing something as stressful as moving house, is exactly what you want.
